1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to downloadable files, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted if:
- You accidentally purchased the product more than once
- You experience a technical issue preventing access and we cannot resolve it

3. Timeframe
